Panel Embedment Clamps (SA-MT-CL-50) revolutionize frameless panel installation for SALZ Automation displays up to 50kg, securing 10-24" panels in precision cutouts across desks, consoles, machine enclosures, and control panels without visible hardware. Zinc-plated spring steel clamps with non-marring polymer contact pads grip panel edges 2-15mm thick, distributing load evenly to prevent glass stress. Color-coded torque indicators verify proper installation.

Tool-free installation sequence:

1) Verify cutout dimensions match panel bezel ±0.5mm tolerance using digital caliper

2) Clean cutout edges, deburr sharp corners

3) Insert panel from front until flange seats flush (0.5mm max gap)

4) Access rear cavity, position 8x clamps (4 top/bottom, 4 sides)

5) Slide clamps over panel edges until spring tension engages automatically

6) Rotate 4x knurled thumbscrews clockwise until green torque band appears (15Nm max)

7) Install rear access cover with quick-release latches

8) Verify IP65 water ingress protection with hose test (40psi, 3 minutes)

9) Route cables through rear rubber grommets with strain relief; 10) Perform twist/pull test (50kg lateral force, 30 seconds).

Quick-release levers enable panel removal in 45 seconds for service. Adjustable clamp reach accommodates bezel variations ±3mm. Operating specs: -20°C to 70°C, 95% RH.
