The Industrial Stand VESA 100x100 (SA-MT-DS-150) transforms SALZ Automation industrial panel PCs up to 150kg into fully ergonomic, freestanding workstations for operator desks, quality control stations, and mobile HMI setups in manufacturing environments. Engineered with a die-cast aluminum base (350x250mm footprint) featuring four anti-slip rubber pads and a low center of gravity, it passes rigorous 30° tip-over tests even on uneven surfaces. Full-motion adjustability includes 90° tilt (-15° to +75°), 180° swivel, portrait/landscape rotation, and gas-spring height adjustment from 150mm to 400mm to accommodate both seated and standing operators, significantly reducing repetitive strain injury (RSI) risks during prolonged shifts.
Complete mounting process:
1) Unpack and assemble the two support columns using 8x M5 Allen bolts (torque to 12Nm)
2) Attach the universal VESA plate (75/100/200 compatible) to the panel's rear mounting holes using M4x20mm self-tapping screws with washers
3) Snap the VESA plate into the pivot joint with audible click-lock confirmation
4) Adjust the gas-spring lift mechanism to desired height and lock with side tension lever
5) Fine-tune tilt tension using the side adjustment dial (clockwise increases resistance)
6) Route all cables (HDMI, USB, power, Ethernet) through the integrated spine cable management channels
7) Secure excess cable length in the rear tray with Velcro ties
8) Perform stability test by applying 50kg lateral force at screen height.
