New Face at SALZ Automation: Stefan Gallmann as Head of Business Development

Stefan brings extensive experience in the automation industry. Previously, he worked at Phoenix Contact in Blomberg, where he served as Head of Vertical Market Management Power Industry and played a key role in shaping solution-oriented business. In this position, he strategically developed vertical markets and established customer-centric automation solutions. Subsequently, he held the position of CSO at Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation for five years, with a clear focus on semiconductors and components for industrial communication. Most recently, he spent nearly two years as Sales Director at Freqcon GmbH, responsible for battery storage systems and grid inverters, where he implemented international sales strategies.

As a passionate automation expert with a strong focus on customer-, industry-, and application-specific solutions, Stefan looks forward to working with our team to create new impulses and deliver genuine, sustainable value for customers and partners. We are particularly excited that his appointment marks the creation of a dedicated Business Development unit – a clear sign of our continuous growth and ambition to systematically seize new opportunities and expand our portfolio.
