The VESA Wall Mount Bracket (SA-MT-WM-100) provides industrial-grade fixed positioning for SALZ Automation panel PCs up to 100kg, engineered for 24/7 factory walls, cleanrooms, and washdown environments. 5mm HRPO steel construction with textured black powder coat (chemical resistant) supports VESA 75-400 patterns with anti-theft security features. Integrated lateral stability braces handle dynamic torque loads.
Heavy-duty wall mounting procedure:
1) Scan for 16/24" stud spacing using electronic stud finder
2) Deploy laser level for perfect horizontal alignment
3) Drill 12mm holes through drywall into studs (100mm depth)
4) Install toggle bolts or lag shields rated 200kg shear each
5) Mount main bracket using 8x M8x90mm structural screws (40Nm cross-pattern torque)
6) Attach secondary horizontal stabilizer bar
7) Hang panel using VESA quick-hook system
8) Secure with dual anti-lift stainless pins (Torx T25)
9) Adjust 5° forward tilt using eccentric adjusters
10) Install integrated cable management clips and perform 150kg pull-out test.
