Heavy-duty stainless steel brackets with integrated mesh guards prevent accidental contact while preserving minimum 200CFM airflow required for panel cooling. Adjustable spacers accommodate louver frame thicknesses from 25mm to 120mm.

Detailed installation procedure

1) Measure louver opening and verify minimum 300mm clearance around panel edges

2) Position upper and lower mounting brackets around louver frame, mark attachment points

3) Secure brackets using self-drilling Tek screws (#12 x 1") into metal frames or M6 bolts into wooden surrounds

4) Insert clearance spacers (3-15mm thick) between brackets and louver frame to prevent vibration transfer

5) Attach panel mounting plate to bracket arms using M8 shoulder bolts with lock washers

6) Hang panel assembly and secure with R-clip cotter pins

7) Apply high-temperature foam tape (silicone, 10mm thick) around panel perimeter to maintain IP65 while preserving ventilation

8) Test airflow using anemometer (minimum 200CFM maintained)

9) Ground mounting frame to cabinet chassis using 4mm² green/yellow cable

10) Verify panel stability under maximum airflow conditions.
