The Flush Wall-Mount Embedded Box (SA-MT-EB-75) creates seamless architectural integration for SALZ Automation panel PCs up to 75kg, recessing displays into walls, partitions, or control cabinets with only 45mm front protrusion for cleanroom aesthetics and maximum space efficiency. Heavy-duty 3mm 304 stainless steel construction with neoprene gaskets achieves IP66 front sealing while maintaining rear service access. Precision laser-cut frame adjusts ±15mm for imperfect wall openings (standard cutout: 510x290mm).
Complete embedded installation protocol:
1) Verify minimum 120mm wall depth using depth gauge
2) Trace exact cutout using adjustable cardboard template
3) Cut opening with reciprocating saw or jigsaw (fine-tooth blade)
4) Insert box frame with 12mm rubber isolators to prevent vibration transfer
5) Secure rear flange to wall structure using 6x M10 masonry expansion bolts (35Nm torque, staggered pattern)
6) Install internal VESA mounting brackets (75/100/200mm patterns)
7) Mount panel using M4x16mm Torx security screws with threadlocker
8) Apply perimeter silicone sealant (10-year adhesion rating)
