The Cantilever Arm Mount (SA-MT-CA-200) provides dynamic, extendable positioning for SALZ Automation panel PCs up to 200kg, extending up to 600mm from walls to deliver screens directly to operators across assembly benches, packaging lines, and maintenance workstations. Constructed from multi-joint extruded aluminum arms with precision bearings, it offers 360° rotation at three pivot points, ±20° tilt adjustment, and smooth extension/retraction with gas-assisted counterbalance eliminating spring bounce. Dual-arm configuration available for screens over 24".

Professional installation sequence:

1) Locate wall studs or concrete anchors (16-24" spacing), mark baseplate positions using integrated bubble level

2) Drill 14mm holes, insert M10 chemical anchors or sleeve anchors rated for 300kg shear

3) Mount wall bracket with 6x M10x60mm bolts (torque to 45Nm), verify plumb alignment

4) Extend arm segments to full reach, lock each friction joint individually

5) Attach VESA adapter plate (75-400 compatible) to panel rear using security Torx screws

6) Snap panel into arm's end joint, adjust counterweight slider for perfect balance

7) Fine-tune end-tilt mechanism and rotation tension using provided hex keys

8) Install cable strain relief brackets and route HDMI/USB/Ethernet through internal arm conduits

9) Perform 100-cycle motion test and 150kg static load verification.

IP54-rated joint seals protect against dust and washdown, while integrated cable management supports Cat6, power, and pneumatic lines without exposure. Tested for 100,000 full-extension cycles and 10G shock resistance per IEC 60068-2-27. Operating range: -15°C to 65°C, suitable for food processing and automotive environments. Quick-release mechanism allows panel swaps in under 30 seconds. Weight: 7.2kg per arm.
